This is the double-sided DinA1 poster of the Spoon Archaeology exhibition series. The exhibition was first shown representing the German Pavilion at the London Design Biennale 2021 in London. Both sides are printed so have to decide which side to use. ;) On one side, the poster shows a photograph by Helena Reinsch with an excerpt from Peter Eckart and Kai Linke's cutlery collection. On the reverse side is a detailed complexity map of cutlery based on the concept and design lead by Prof. Peter Eckart and Kai Linke and designed by Lukas Loscher and Dylan McGuire. The complexity map shows how the relationship between food and cutlery has developed throughout history
